1Who is eligible to be a Vudoir Stylist / Personal Shopper?
Potentially, everyone can become a Stylist / Personal Shopper in Vudoir. Your starting level depends on your knowledge, experience and also the activities you have done as a Vudoir community member. Only the Stylists / Personal Shoppers approved by Vudoir will be remunerated for their services and those of higher level may even offer their services to other users.

For example, if you are have a solid working experience as a Stylist or Professional Shopper, you start from Level V (the highest of the 6 levels available). In case you do not have experience as a Stylist or still do not meet the requirements of level O, you can give your opinion and grow your profile within the Vudoir App but you will not be rewarded for these contributions yet.
2What do I need to provide the service as a Stylist / Personal Shopper?
Once we give you the OK to start with the test period, you will need to take 3 actions (5 minutes in total):

1) Download the Vudoir app in Google Play or App Store according to the Smartphone you have. It is free and this is the link.

2) Create a user account specifying the username and password you prefer. You can do it directly from the Vudoir App. Remember that, if you pass the test period, this account will be your professional account in Vudoir, so use an appropriate username and profile picture.

3) Tell us your Gmail e-mail address. If you don't have a Gmail account, create one first. Once you have told us the address, download the Gmail app to receive notifications of the posts created by the assigned clients on your Gmail e-mail address. You will also receive from Gmail an e-mail with a code. Forward it to [email protected] so that we are authorized to send you the post notifications.

Remember that you do not have to answer all the posts that come from this client. Is important that when you do it you do it properly and following our Code of Ethics.

Once all is set, the test period agreed in the Personal Shoppers Program Sheet (PPS) will begin. Once you have passed the test, we will approve your account as a Professional Stylist / Professional Shopper and a special icon will appear in your user profile section of the App. From that moment and on, your comments will be visible by the clients and your services will be rewarded. We might also publish your Professional Stylist profile on our website.
3How can I become a Vudoir-approved Stylist / Personal Shopper?
Apply to our Personal Shoppers Program. Within a week we will review your application. If the evaluation is positive, we will send you the Personal Shoppers Program Sheet to summarize and agree every aspect of the relationship between You and Vudoir. Once the document will be signed we will start with the testing period during which we will evaluate your contribution as a Personal Shopper.

In case we will not approve your application, we encourage you to join the Vudoir community as an entry level and grow your profile visibility by giving other your opinion.
4Do you have different Stylist / Personal Shopper levels?
Yes, there are 5 levels and according to your level, you will receive a different reward for every valid comment made in Vudoir. Also the approval test will have different characteristics based on the level.

V.- Level V is for the most advanced Stylists and Personal Shoppers on the market and the most advanced KOL's (Key Opinion Leaders). You need to have at least 10 years of experience as a Stylist or Personal Shopper, working for third parties, with your own company or being a teacher. You can join this level also in case you are a product specialist with more than 10 years of experience, an influencers or a Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) with more than 100,000 followers and an average interaction ratio per content of 10% in your blog, Youtube channel or Instagram profile, or a journalist specialized in styling and fashion with more than 10 years of experience.

U.- Level U is for Stylists and Personal Shoppers with more than 5 years of experience and KOL's of medium grade. You need to have at least 5 years of experience as a Stylist or Personal Shopper, working for third parties, with your own company or being a teacher. You can enter this category also in case you have experience advising clients in physical fashion or beauty stores or if you are a product specialist with more than 5 years of experience. You will be in this level also if you are an influencer or Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) with 50,000 to 100,000 followers and a ratio of average interaction per content of 10% in your blog, Youtube channel or Instagram profile, or if you are a journalist specialized in styling and fashion with more than 5 years of experience.

D.- Level D is for Personal Shoppers with specific training in image consulting and at least 1 year of experience with clients. You need to have at least 1 year experience as a Stylist or Personal Shopper working for third parties or with your own company, and to have been specifically trained in image consulting.

O.- Level O is for KOLs with more than 5,000 followers and an average interaction ratio per content of 5% on their blog, Youtube channel or Instagram profile with basic stylistic notions that we will check when we do the test. PS that started within the Vudoir App that have demonstrated to be ready to move on from the entry level, will start at this level as well.

I.- Level I is for users who are not Stylists / Professional Shoppers approved by Vudoir yet but would like to be. In order to advance to level O, we require that in 6 months you make at least 180 valid comments to Vudoir posts. That is, at least 30 valid comments per month for 6 months. You can move from level I to O also in case you have been practicing under an agreement with a school that has an agreement with Vudoir and you have successfully completed both the internship and the entire course. In this case, only 2 additional months with 60 valid comments to Vudoir posts will be required. At the end of each trimester (March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31) we will review which levels I have met the 180 valid comments and if you have passed the test, we will move you to level O.

R. The R level is not a Vudoir Stylist / Personal Shopper level. These are accounts that requested to become Stylists / Personal Shoppers and have been not approved or, after passing the test, have not respected the Code of Ethics or the terms and conditions of Vudoir. We might consider to move a profile to this R level in case outside the App, the person are projecting an image contrary to the values ​​of Vudoir. This decision, if taken, will be unilaterally from Vudoir.
5What do I need in order to get my rewards?
To receive the rewards for your styling opinions you need a Stripe account. If you cannot use Stripe, you can use a Paypal account.
Therefore, at the time that the remuneration must be paid to the Personal Shopper, he/she must have a valid Stripe or PayPal account in order to receive the rewards. Otherwise, Vudoir will not be obliged to pay any remuneration to the Personal Shopper. The transfer costs through Stripe or Paypal will be assumed in any case by the Personal Shopper.
In order to be remunerated, you must be over 18 years old and / or have the right, capacity and legitimacy to give their consent to the Terms & Conditions.
6Which additional obligations should I consider when joining the program?
The Personal Shopper is committed to comply with the law governing the taxation of the rewards obtained through Vudoir. The Personal Shopper declares that he/she is solely responsible for this taxation, so Vudoir is exempted from any fiscal responsibility derived from the payment of the rewards obtained.
7What is Vudoir's Ethic Code?
The Personal Shoppers are obliged to comply with a code of ethical conduct (Ethic Code) in their advice, both online through the Vudoir App and, offline, for the services contracted through the Vudoir website. Vudoir reserves the right to transfer a Personal Shopper to Level R automatically in case of breach of said Ethic Code.
The rules are as follows (many of the rules apply only to the online activities of the Personal Shoppers):
1) You must act with ethics and advise the product that seems best for the End User (that is, the user who is creating the post through the Vudoir widget installed on the Client's website) and not the product that the Client needs to sell more or the most expensive.
2) Negative comments are no allowed. Swearing or using bad, impolite words is not tolerated.
3) The Personal Shopper can abstain from voting/commenting whenever he wants. In case he/she comments, he cannot say that he does not like any of the proposed items. The End User expects a constructive feedback tailored to his two options.
4) References to other websites or any other kind of link are not allowed.
5) Avoid any grammatical and typographical mistake.
6) Pay attention to what the End User is asking. For example, if an End User asks: "Which dress is best for a wedding that starts at mid-afternoon?" The Personal Shopper can not answer "The dress on the right is beautiful" bus has to comment something like: "the right one is more appropriate for a wedding that starts mid-afternoon considering the length of the dress".
7) The type of comment shall be adapted to the type of Client. For example, if the client assigned belongs to the luxury sector and its target audience is people over 45 years of age, it will not be appropriate to answer in a informal tone like: "This bag is cool!"
8) Applicable Laws cannot be infringed while commenting (for example, inciting hatred, racism, sexism).
9) Personal data such as telephone, email address, etc., cannot be given through comments.
10) The comment shall be in the same language used by the user of the widget or, if unknown because there is no description of the post, in the language of the Country where the eCommerce is located.
11) The comment must be constructive, with the goal of helping the user closing the options and taking the purchase decision. The Personal Shopper shall not open the options by offering more products or other substitutes of the options chosen by the user.
12) The Personal Shopper shall never lie about their experience. Nor during the Vudoir approval process, nor while giving the second opinion. 13) The Personal Shopper cannot answer questions about the devolution policy, payment methods or other operational or stock topics, unless expressly authorized in the Personal Shoppers Program Sheet with the key phrase: Feedback on Operations authorized. 14) Vudoir reserves the right not to work with employees of the physical stores of its customer (the eCommerce) in case Vudoir considers that this may imply a conflict of interest within the customer organization or go against its internal policies.
8How can I contribute to the Vudoir blog?
In order to contribute to our blog you need to be part of our Personal Shoppers Program at one of these levels: V,U,D,O. Simply send an email to [email protected] with your article. We will review it as soon as possible (sometimes we can take a little longer than we would like, please be patient!) and we will publish it giving you all the credits and mentioning your Vudoir username as well.
9Which Privacy Policy applies to me?
The privacy policy that applies to you is the one you have in this page.
10Which Terms and Conditions apply to me?
As a Personal Shopper, the Terms & Condition of the program apply to you. As a user of the Vudoir App, the General Terms & Conditions apply to you.
11What should I do in case I forgot my account password?
In the Vudoir App login screen you have an option Forgot password to reset it and generate a new one.
12What should I do in case I want to change my profile description in the App?
In the profile section of the App you have an option Edit Profile where you can change all your info including the profile description.
13I have a profile in the Vudoir web. What should I do in case I want to change my profile description?
Send an email to [email protected] with the full text you would like to have as your profile description. We will review and publish it as soon as possible.
14How can I eliminate my profile from the App?
Simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject: DELETE ACCOUNT and, within 2 business days, we will remove it. Please note that we might keep certain data associated with your account in compliance with data protection regulations.

Advising through the Vudoir App

1How should I provide the service?
In order to get rewarded for the provision of the service, the authorized Personal Shopper shall vote and comment the post created from the eCommerce of the assigned Client while the post timer is still active (the countdown is still above zero).

- The comment shall be in accordance with the Ethic Code.
- The Personal Shopper must first vote the preferred option and, right after, comment the post.
- The comment must contain at least 80 characters, without counting the spaces.
- The 80 characters can be in a single comment or in several comments on the same post. - Comment when the post is active. Generally, a post lasts 3 minutes but its creator can stop it sooner if he/she wants.

Important note: since you cannot erase a comment, think carefull to what you want to say. If you did a notable mistake, send an email to [email protected] and we will eliminate it as soon as possible.
2When will I get rewarded?
If you are already part of the Personal Shoppers Program, you will receive the rewards upon reaching 200 valid comments. We will transfer the rewards on the 10th day of the month after you have reached 200 valid comments (Pay-Day).

For example, imagine that on February 23 you have reached 200 valid comments, on the 10th working day of the following month (on March 10 if it was a working day) we will send the transfer to your Stripe (or Paypal) account for the 200 valid comments received until February 23.
Therefore, if on March 10 you have accumulated 250 valid comments, we will make the transfer for the first 200 and the remaining 50 will be rewarded when you add 150 more (200 in total).
3How will I know how many comments I did so far?
In the Vudoir App you have a section called Voted Vudoirs where you have a raw list of all the post you voted and, potentially, commented. On the Pay-Day we will send you a list with all the post eligible for the reward (voted and with a valid comment). Our system is programmed to record exactly in what second you perform every action in Vudoir, so that we know if a comment has arrived on time or not. All this activities will be shared with you to justify the amount we are going to transfer.

Important note: in case you will eliminate your Vudoir account we won't be obliged to reward you for the activity you did that were not already settled.
4What should I do to level up?
You must prove that you meet the minimum requirements of the next level. In the previous section you have a detailed description of all the levels and their requirements.
5Can I also level down?
Yes, in case we register more than three incidents in in your Vudoir App activities (but you have not breached the Ethic Code), or if we detect that you do not have the experience or knowledge you claimed to have we might downgrade your level. In the worst cases we may even move you to Level R.
6Can I be expelled, blocked or suspended?
Yes. Please check Level R description in the previous section.
7Which responsibility do I have in front of Vudoir?
All liability arising from the breach of the Terms & Conditions of the Personal Shoppers Program as a Personal Shopper or the General Terms and Conditions of the App, as well as the breach of the Privacy Policy. In these cases, the Personal Shopper or User will leave Vudoir untouched in relation to claims, damages and losses caused to third parties for its infringement by action or omission and in any case, complaint to claim against Vudoir any damage or loss of the User o Personal Shopper if there has been a breach by you of the regulations referred to above and provided that such regulations are in accordance with the legal regulations in force at the time of committing the infringement. Vudoir reserves the right to claim damages suffered by Vudoir or by third parties in that context.
8Which responsibility do I have in front of the eCommerce and in front of the user who did the post?
The responsibility is explained in the Terms & Conditions of the Personal Shoppers Program. The Personal Shopper is also obliged to read, know and respect the Terms & Conditions of the eCommerce website.
9Can I choose the Countries where I will give my opinion and also the language?
When you apply to the Personal Shoppers Program you will tell us the languages you speak. We will assign you only Clients (eCommerce) with users speaking these languages.
