Vudoir Hub, S.L. (“Vudoir”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to ensuring the protection of your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we use and protect any Personal Information (as defined below) that you give us when you use our Services (including our Site, Site Software, and Mobile Software). To provide you with our Services and improve these Services over time we will collect and use your information. You can access certain features of the Service (e.g., general website features of the Service) without creating an Account (as defined in the Terms of Use) or providing personal information.

1. User Consent

By submitting Personal Information to our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You are hereby informed that all the personal data that you provide us through the Services will be processed in a file owned by VUDOIR, with corporate address in Plaza Lesseps 33, building A, attic 1, 08023, Barcelona (Spain).

2. What We Collect

“Personal Information” is defined as information that allows someone to identify or contact you, including your full name, telephone number, e-mail address, location, as well as any other non-public information about you. “Anonymous Information” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information; Anonymous Information does not permit the identification of individual persons.
(a) Required Personal Information
When you create an Account, you provide us with Personal Information such as your name and email address to register with our Service. Your name (but not your email address) and any additional Personal Information that you choose to add to your user profile will be publicly available and may be searched by search engines and republished in accordance with our Terms of Use.
In case you create an Account by providing us your Facebook account or your Twitter account, you authorize VUDOIR to access and use certain information depending on the privacy settings that you have selected in the corresponding social network.
(b) Optional Personal Information
In using Vudoir you may choose to post optional information to make the Service a richer community experience. You may enhance your Account profile by providing us with additional information (e.g., your photo, title, personal website, bio, location, or gender). Any optional Account information you provide will be publicly available and may be searched by search engines and publicly available in accordance with our Terms of Use. The category you receive in Vudoir as an award for your activity in the network is also available for any users. You may also decide to provide us access to your address book so that you can find other users that you know or invite users to the app.
From time to time, Vudoir will call their users to participate in a specific competition or to fill a survey about you and your preferences. The information collected in the framework of these activities, but the result of the competition or the aggregated information resulting from the surveys, is not displayed to the other users except that it has been otherwise stated.

(c) Optional Vudoir Content
The Service allows users to create “Vudoirs” (i.e., request for advice relating to a specific topic). For each Vudoir, the user will add images and may also add a specific topic. When you publish a Vudoir (in accordance with the instructions on the Service), the Vudoir (i.e. the associated pictures) and the topic, will become available to the whole network of people in Vudoir. We make such information available to share so that the user can get immediate feedback, advice and opinions from the Vudoir community. The sharing can be done by email or to the selected network available from time to time in Vudoir.
(d) Other Optional Personal Information
You may choose to provide Vudoir with other optional information. You may provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, in which case we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply. You may participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional information. We may also collect Personal Information at other points in the Service that state that Personal Information is being collected.
(e) Personal Information Collected via Technology (i) In the course of using Vudoir the Service will regularly collect certain information that browsers typically capture when you use the web, such as your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit. We also use Cookies (as defined below) and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URL) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the solutions and information for which you searched and which you viewed. Like most Internet services, we automatically gather this information and store it in log files each time you use our Service. (ii) “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Service. Persistent Cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. If you choose to disable Cookies, some areas of our Service may not work properly.
(f) Personal Information That We Collect from Social Networking Sites
If you log on to the Service with your login credentials from a Social Networking Site (as defined in the Terms of Use) (such as Facebook or Twitter), we may receive Personal and/or Anonymous Information about you from such Social Networking Site, in accordance with such Social Networking Site’s terms of use and privacy policy. For example, Facebook may share your address book information with us, in order to help us establishing your Account and find other Service users that you know. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via the Service.

3. Use of Your Data

(a) General Use
Vudoir uses your Personal Information in the following ways: to provide you the Service; to facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network; identify you as a user in our system; provide improved administration of our Services; improve the quality of experience when you interact with our Services; send you a welcome e-mail to verify ownership of the e-mail address provided when your Account was created; send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security or support and maintenance advisories; analyze the user behavior in Vudoir, analyze the user preferences regarding the fashion and events, and respond to your inquiries related to employment opportunities or other requests.
(b) Marketing Use
If you sign up for an Account, we may send you promotional communications; provide you with hardcopy or electronic newsletters, or surveys; and send you upgrades and special offers related to the Services.
Provided that VUDOIR have obtained your consent, for instance, we may also send you information or offers on behalf of other businesses, but when we do this, we do not give those businesses your name and address, unless you expressly authorize it or Vudoir were sold to another company. We will collect your consent through check boxes that VUDOIR shall put at your disposal, allowing you to express what content are of your interest.
You can opt out of receiving future electronic communications from us by following the directions contained in the email to “unsubscribe”.
(c) Anonymous Information
We may create Anonymous Information records by excluding information (such as your name and email address) that make the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Information to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may improve our Service. Vudoir reserves the right to use and disclose Anonymous Information (e.g., popularity of app, number of decision requests or trends – this is a sample list, not a numerus clausus one) to third parties in its sole discretion.

4. Disclosure of Your Personal Information

(a) Disclosure to other Service Users
As described in Section 4 above, your required Personal Information (but not your email address), optional Personal Information, and optional Decision Content, is available to the Vudoir network.
(b) Disclosure to Third Party Service Providers
We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to provide you with the Services; to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of Accounts; or to provide technical support. These third party service providers are required to use your Personal Information solely and specifically to provide the services requested by Vudoir, and cannot share your Personal Information in any other way. You expressly consent to the sharing of your Personal Information with our service providers for the sole purpose of providing services to you.
(c) Disclosure to Third Parties
Your personal data will only be shared with another company if you have opted in to receive commercial communications directly from that company through the corresponding check box. VUDOIR encourages you to read the privacy policy of any such company. If you do not want your personal data to be collected by or shared with a company other than VUDOIR, do not opt in. If you do opt-in to commercial communications from such a company, remember that you always have the right to opt-out and you would need to contact that company directly to do so.
(d) Disclosure to Social Networking Sites
If you log on to the Service with your login credentials from a Social Networking Site (such as through Facebook connect or Twitter), we may disclose Personal Information about you to such Social Networking Site for authentication purposes. In addition, a Social Networking Site may want access to information that we collect about you, and may need such information to provide certain services to you on its site. For example, if you or any other user elects to share your Vudoir Content on Facebook, we will send Facebook the applicable information. If you do not want us to continue to provide your information to the Social Networking Sites, please change your privacy settings at both the Social Networking Site and our Service. If you opt-out, certain features of the Service and/or of the Social Networking Site may not be available to you. The privacy policies of the Social Networking Sites may apply to the use and disclosure of your Personal Information that we collect and disclose to such Social Networking Sites. Because we do not control the privacy practices of the Social Networking Sites, you should read and understand their privacy policies.
(e) Disclosures to Advertising Companies
Third parties may serve ads on the Service or have an affiliation agreement with us (“Advertising Companies”). We do not send any Personal Information to Advertising Companies. If Advertising Companies select demographic targeting for their ads, we automatically match those ads to the appropriate audience. Advertising Companies only receive anonymous data reports. Advertising Companies may have access to Personal Information or Anonymous Information that they directly collect from you via cookies or that you directly share with them yourself. The privacy policies of the Advertising Companies may apply to the use and disclosure of such Personal Information. Because we do not control the privacy practices of the Advertising Companies, you should read and understand their privacy policies. If we utilize any Advertising Companies on the Service, we will update this Privacy Policy to include more information on these Advertising Companies.
(f) Affiliates and Acquisitions of Vudoir
We currently have a subsidiary (i.e. Vudoir Europe, S.L.) and in the future we may have more joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”). We may share some or all of your Personal Information, only if you have given your prior consent, with these Affiliates, in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. If another company acquires our company or our assets, that company will eventually possess the Personal Information and the Anonymous Information collected by it and us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy provided you have given your prior consent.
(f) Other Disclosures
Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information (as described below), Vudoir may disclose Personal Information in connection with any legal investigation or if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Vudoir; or (b) protect or defend the rights or property of Vudoir or users of the Services.

5. Third Party Websites

When you click on a link to another website or location, another entity may collect Personal Information or Anonymous Information from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for the policies and conduct of, these outside websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content, or to any collection of data after you click on links to such outside websites.

6. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

(a) Choices
If you have opted-in to receive promotional communications, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further promotional communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you service related communication, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
(b) Changes to Personal Information
You may change any of your Personal Information in your Account by editing your profile within your Account. You may request deletion of your Personal Information by us, but please note that we may be required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.

7. Security of Your Personal Information

Vudoir is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also require you to enter a password to access your Account information. Please do not disclose your Account password to unauthorized people. Despite these measures, you should know that Vudoir cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.

9. How you may access or change the information you have provided to us

You can exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase and object the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a writing request to VUDOIR address or to the following email address: [email protected]
In order to properly attend your request, please attach all your personal data (name, surname, postal address, telephone, e-mail address and any other contact detail that we can use to verify your identity and contact you) and a copy of you ID card or a photo-ID. All our communications with you will be delivered with the highest available reserve and confidentiality levels. Your personal data will be duly and diligently processed, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Spanish laws.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any substantial changes in the way we use your Personal Information, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earliest of fifteen (15) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or fifteen (15) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Service. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your Personal Information to provide us with your most current e-mail address.
